Your organization is best positioned to benefit from the FutureProof program if you meet the following essential conditions:
- If your organization employs at least 10 staff people and has an annual operating budget of $300,000/year or more.
- If your team is kind, innovative, and coachable.
- If your organization is committed to equity for all and is willing to reflect upon how to make improvements across all areas of the business.
- If you can assemble a strategy committee of up to 5 staff people from your organization (committee members need not be limited to executive level staff.)
- If you can articulate a problem you wish to solve.
