Trista Harris, President

Trista Harris is a renowned philanthropic futurist who advocates for the use of futurism to address critical community challenges worldwide. Her groundbreaking work has been featured in Forbes, CNN, The New York Times, The Chronicle of Philanthropy, and many social sector blogs. Trista is the President of FutureGood, a consultancy that helps visionaries create a better future. She has authored two books - "How to Become a Nonprofit Rockstar" and "FutureGood."

Trista has dedicated her entire career to the social sector, starting at the age of 15 as a summer parks assistant. Prior to her work at FutureGood, she served as President of the Minnesota Council on Foundations, a thriving grant-making community that awards over $1.5 billion annually. She was also the Executive Director of the Headwaters Foundation for Justice and a Program Officer at Minnesota Philanthropy Partners.

A strategic foresight expert certified by Oxford University, Trista holds a Master of Public Policy degree from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts from Howard University. Trista is a board member of Tides, a philanthropic partner and nonprofit accelerator focused on creating a world of shared prosperity and social justice. She is also a corporate board member for Arts + Rec, an entertainment venue that showcases local creatives. Trista has served on the Minnesota Super Bowl Host Committee and the Governor's Council on Law Enforcement and Community Relations, which was established following the police shooting of Philando Castile.

Patricia Silva, Relationship Manager — Visioning

Patricia Silva is highly skilled at developing and maintaining relationships and is an innovative thinker. Patricia supports our strategic visioning and our operations and process development.

Patricia is an ArtEquity trained facilitator and holds a Master of Arts degree in Nonprofit Management from St. Mary’s University. She was born and raised in Brazil and considers herself a citizen of the world.

Prior to joining FutureGood, Patricia worked at MOSSA as a Business Coach and held positions at the YMCA, Guthrie Theatre, and Walker Art Center.

Dena Rapley, Relationship Manager — FutureGood Studio

Dena Rapley is an agile program manager, a creative problem-solver, and an empathetic relationship-builder. Dena oversees FutureGood Studio, developing a client-centered online learning experience where students of futurism can hone their skills in a highly supported environment. An American-British dual national, Dena has spent the past decade living in the UK, most recently working in higher ed with fully remote-learning graduate students.  

Dena is a feminist and environmentalist, and she's interested in making learning more accessible to all. She recently completed a postgraduate certificate in Sustainability and Environmental Management at the University of Derby-Online. Dena earned her Bachelor of Arts in history and Spanish from Hiram College in Ohio, and she holds a Master of Arts in Latin American history from Indiana University-Bloomington.

Pamela Lightcap Dominguez, Executive Assistant

Pamela Lightcap Dominguez is an excellent communicator who is skilled in systems development and management. Pamela will serve as Executive Assistant for Patricia Silva at FutureGood. Pamela has 20+ years of experience working as an executive assistant. As an administrative professional, Pamela combines her strong organizational skills, creative problem solving, sense of social justice, and can-do spirit with everything she does.

Roula El-Asmar, Executive Assistant to the President

Roula El-Asmar is a results-driven HR Expert with extensive top-tier administrative skills. Roula serves as the Executive Assistant to Trista Harris at FutureGood. Roula has over 20 years experience in HR and program management. Roula specializes in programmatic and operational expansion and focuses on improving efficiency, reducing waste, and maximizing productivity.
